Auto Spa Booking Desk is a booking service operated by Creators Consulting LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. We schedule appointments and collect deposits on behalf of independent auto service providers ("Providers"). The Provider you book with performs the service.

Information you give us. When you book an appointment, speak with our team, or contact us, we collect:

• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your vehicle details and the service you're booking
• Your appointment date, time, and location preferences
• Messages and requests you send us

Payment information. Deposits are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Your full card number is entered into Stripe's systems and is not stored by us. We receive limited details, such as the last four digits of your card, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded.

Call recordings and communications. Calls with our booking team may be recorded. We keep records of texts and emails we send you, such as confirmations and reminders, and of your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar usage information through cookies and similar technologies.

We use your information to:

• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage your appointment
• Collect and process deposits and refunds
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates by call, text, or email
• Respond to your questions and requests
• Keep records of your booking, payment authorization, and acceptance of our terms, including to respond to payment disputes
• Operate, secure, and improve our website and services
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

With the Provider you book with, so they can perform your service. This includes your name, contact details, vehicle and service details, and appointment information.

With service providers who help us operate, such as our payment processor (Stripe), our customer relationship and messaging platform, and our email and phone systems. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

With payment processors and card networks when needed to process payments or respond to a disputed charge.

For legal reasons, when required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud.

In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Auto Spa Booking Desk about your booking, including confirmations, reminders, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Calls with our booking team may be recorded for quality, training, and record-keeping purposes, including documenting your authorization of a deposit.

Our website is built with Lovable, and our booking forms and customer communications run on GoHighLevel. These platforms use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website and booking forms working and to help us understand how visitors use the site.

You can set your browser to block or delete cookies, though some features, such as booking forms, may not work properly.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain records of bookings and payments, respond to disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Call recordings and booking records may be kept for up to 24 months after your appointment, or longer if needed for an open dispute or legal matter.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Payment card data is handled by Stripe, which is certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Texts: Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Emails: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We may still send messages about an active booking.

Access, correction, and deletion: You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@autospabooking.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information we're required to retain by law or need for an open booking, payment, or dispute.

Residents of some states, including California, may have additional rights under their state's privacy laws. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
